I'm interested in joining an ad-revenue generating program. However, my website contains gambling tips and gambling site reviews which I'm afraid would disqualify me from joining Google or Yahoo ad programs. Is there a reliable and reputable alternative? I'm already an affiliate for some other casinos, but I'd like to be able to make money on clicks, as well.

I am a YouTube user and they recently started a program called the partners program. If you sign up, you can make money off of your videos.

I want to do this but my username shares the name of a major newspaper in Texas. I want to make money off of my videos but I don't want this company to sue me by saying I am making a profit off of them. I have put disclaimers in my profile that say that I am not affiliated with them and do not represent them.

So can I get sued for making money off of videos with a username like "SanAntonioPress" or "DallasMorningNews" or "NewYorkTimes" ect?
